CREATING OPPORTUNITY THROUGH FOOTBALL

Pro Aspire Football Academy is a community-oriented football academy based around Carlisle that delivers specialist coaching for all abilities from age 6 to 16.

We believe everyone should be given the opportunity to play football within a positive and supportive environment.

To achieve this, we provide small group training sessions to supplement the needs of our players, whether it’s introducing a beginner to the fundamentals of the game or helping the accomplished footballer get to the next level.

Our mission is to positively impact the lives of children and help them along their journey, whatever path they choose to take.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Paul Huntington is an experienced professional footballer with over 550 appearances across the top four leagues in England - from the Premier League to League Two - having scored goals in each division along with FA Cup, League Cup and Johnstone’s Paint Trophy.

Across two decades in the game, Paul has represented clubs such as Newcastle United, Leeds United, Preston North End, Carlisle United and Bradford City, establishing himself as a respected leader and reliable defender.

Now stepping into a new chapter, Paul is passionate about giving back to the game that gave him everything — supporting the next generation of players to chase their own dreams with the same dedication, humility, and resilience that defined his career.
